My courses will always focus on heart opening. We increase the capacity of the lungs to breathe and nourish our vital organs when we pracrtice shapes that open heart center. This is just a side benefit to the obvious importance of leading with a heart-centered outlook.

The hips are the physical location we hold stress, let it go with Frog pose. Careful to come in and out of this shape, always moving slowly and allowing the body to prgress to and from this stress-relieving shape.
Tree pose offers an opportunity to strengthen our lower body. When we spend large portions of our day sitting, we must find ways to counter that sitting. This pose is also know n as "Pose of Gratitude". Enjoy the energetic feels this pose provides.
