I have been practicing yoga for the past 30 years. It is my passion, along with spending time outdoors. Anytime the two can be combined it is the ultimate experience!
I went to yoga teacher training to learn, not to teach. During this life-altering experience - I realized teaching dental professionals was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.
