There's nothing I'm more passionate about than the study and practice of yoga. My journey began as a dental hygienist, working in a profession that, like many others, is physically demanding and emotionally intense. In 2018, I founded Sentient Yoga to share the healing power of yoga with others, especially those in service-oriented careers, who are often navigating the physical and emotional tool of their work.
You're likely here because something in your life feels out of balance - whether physically, emotionally, or both. Perhaps you're managing the repetitive strain of your career, the invisible labor of family life, or the stress of caring for others. Yoga can be the pathway back to yourself, offering a space for healing and self-discovery.
